To celebrate the grand reopening of Promenade Park, ProMedica and the Arts Commission teamed up to throw Toledo a big party celebrating the arts at our beautiful, historic waterfront park! 20 vendors had their unique works for sale, showcased live demonstrations, and even shared some interactive art pieces with the community.
