Coneflower or Echinacea
Coneflower has become a very popular native perennial with all the new available cultivars in an array of colors, including white, yellow, purple, pink and orange. It blooms all summer long, is low maintenance, can handle dry conditions and attracts pollinators! Coneflower can be seen in many of the garden areas and Wild Toledo prairies at the Zoo.
