The Art Supply Depo stores located in The Warehouse District of Downtown Toledo and next to the BGSU Campus are owned and operated by Jules Webster. An entrepreneur who took advantage of a depressed economy and built two thriving businesses. She started making a profit with in the first six months of opening her first store, and just last year opened the second store in Bowling Green.
